Introduction

Prototype is just another word for rough draft.  Your prototype should include your final project main page. If you have time, it's also helpful to include a subpage. Your content does not need to be complete, but your design elements should be in place (title image, navigation, images or placeholders, etc.).

What to Do

In your 211projects folder, you should have a folder named finalproject. Your main page should be named default.html.  Remember - default.html is s special file name that will automatically load if the file name is not specified in the URL. If you have named folders and files correctly, your URL should look like this: http://studentweb.gcccd.net/username/211projects/finalproject .

You don't need to have working links, but you will need to link to your subpage example if you want feedback on it. You may also include some notes on your home page about what sort of feedback you want. For example, you may want feedback about colors or layout. You may also link to alternate designs if you want feedback for them.

Grading

Your prototype will not be graded, but you will not be allowed to do the peer review unless you have completed your prototype on time.
