#1Our first dabble in HTML Coding allowed me to tinker with heading tags, which is something I'll admit I haven't done much. I got to make a unordered list (ul), though, and that's always fun!#2The Web Design Overview assignment highlighted the strengths and weaknesses of different navigation layouts commonly used on web sites. It also explained how valuable breadcrumbs can be to a user.#3In the Tables Lab I learned the difference between a fixed-width table layout and a fluid table layout. #4In the CSS Labs I had the chance to play with a few of the default Dreamweaver layouts (that in it's own is nice since I had no idea they were there) and play with div id's. #5The Graphics project entailed creating a banner and button. Since I recently learned how to create roll-over buttons in Dreamweaver, I decided to go ahead and make some. Mine? :P #6The Hobby project gave me a chance to build a layout to be used by someone else. I decided to leave the safety of a white background and quickly found how difficult it can be to coordinate colors. #7The Images Lab demonstrated how we can edit images through Dreamweaver. You can resize, crop, and optimize pictures to decrease load time. #8Doing the final project proposal gave me the chance to outline my final project website idea including the flow of the website, it's goal, and target audience. #9Last but not least we have the final project where I can express my creativity along with my skills learned in the class.
