Back Fists
This punching technique is different from the punches that have already been demonstrated. This punch comes from the back.
This punching technique can be performed with a spin or without a spin.
When you perform this technique, make sure you keep your shoulders high because this punch goes to the head.
A back fist without a spin is performed just by extending your arm as the back of your fist goes to make contact with your opponent's head.
A back fist with a spin involves your whole body working together. First, you need to cross your back leg behind your front leg to obtain the spin. Then, follow through with the back fist punch as you are spinnng your body towards your opponent.
