Jab and Cross
The most important thing to remember about kickboxing is keeping your hands up. The next thing to remember is to keep your hits quick and tight once you learned the proper techniques. The most important thing to remember is to stay relaxed.
The jab is just a manner of turning your fist knuckles down and punching straight. The jab is used to measure distance and keep your opponent away from you when you are sparring.
The cross is usually a punch opposite your jab where you turn your fist knuckles down, and you move your hip forward as you punch.
