Roundhouse Kicks
The roundhouse kick is an effective kicking technique where you can kick to the head, the body, or the legs.
Roundhouse kicking is kicking with the instep, the front of your foot between your ankle and your toes. The roundhouse can be performed from the back leg or the front leg.
The leg needs to be lifted to the area of your opponent's body where you want to kick with you leg bent at the knee. Once you have aligned your leg your target, you can go ahead and kick.
