DESCRIPTION & EXAMPLES |
INTRODUCTION |
Topic: Audio Production Review. The Title will be the acronym APR and will be top left with full title in small caps underneath. I choose this topic because I am know a lot about subject and In my opinion it’s hard to find good information on subject matter. |
SITE GOALS |
What do you hope to accomplish with this site? What could you measure to evaluate whether the goals were met? Site goals are NOT your personal goals.
|
AUDIENCE |
The site is geared towards people who have a love and passion for music production as well as tech-heads. |
AUDIENCE PROFILE |
The audience profile is a narrative description of a fictitious audience member that includes demographic information as well as how they will use the site. Tim thinks my review of a particular product is wrong, so he is able to post his opinions in chat room
|
CLIENT |
I’m creating this website for myself and for this class. I have a lot of good ideas and think people would be interested in the concept of the site. It’s different in the fact it will be very interactive with the clients. My clients would be advertising in general as well as people that buy APR products. |
CONTENT BRAINSTORM |
Work with your client to brainstorm a list of the content you would like to include in your site. At this point, you don't have to organize or refine the list -- just list everything that comes to mind. Start with the information you want to cover, then describe images, sounds, or video clips if you have any in mind. Make your own list, then look at related sites for ideas.

INTERFACE |
A lot of music Production/tech websites are dark and too busy. I want to create one that is simple to use as well as looking professional. I will be catering to tech heads which naturally like intense graphics. It will be challenging creating a website that is eye catching as well as being easy on the eye. I Do not want to create a website that looks like I stepped into a rave. |
FLOWCHART |
The flowchart shows the structure of your site, with each page represented by a box. Start with paper & pencil or post-it notes. Then you can either turn in a neat, hand-drawn flow chart or create an electronic flowchart using Microsoft Word draw tools, a graphics application like Fireworks, or a planning tool like Visio. |
SKETCHES |
Get out a piece of paper and sketch design ideas for your main and sub-pages. An Introduction to Using Patterns in Web Design walks through the process of information organization. You may turn in the paper or include a image in your proposal.html document. Your work can be informal, but should be neat and readable - something that will communicate to a client. |
