INTRODUCTION |
The D-Source
"The D-Source" is a website dedicated to Disneyland and Disney California Adventure. Being a frequent Disneyland visitor, I decided to choose this topic so I can share my own tips and experiences for those seeking a fun-filled Disney trip. |
SITE GOALS |
I hope that this site would be able to spread tips and other activities that you can do to have a fun Disney trip. I also hope that the site would allow people to be more aware that a Disney trip
is not strictly all about the rides. Getting feedback from guests who have decided to try out any of the tips would help me measure whether the said goals were met. |
AUDIENCE |
This site is made for frequent Disneyland goers of all ages. A secondary audience are people who are simply searching for any information or tips for a fun-filled Disney trip. |
AUDIENCE PROFILE |
Caroline is a 21 year old college student who is very comfortable using the internet and e-mail. She has a 2-year old laptop with a 15in screen and is connected to the Internet via 56 kbps modem. She is a frequent Disneyland goer and is curious to see what else Disneyland has in store. Since she is on the go, she prefers organized and user-friendly sites to obtain whatever information necessary. |
CLIENT |
The client for this project is myself. |

INTERFACE |
"The D-Source" is targeted toward all ages (kids to elders), so the interface would be clean, appealing to the eyes, and easy to navigate through. The interface will incorporate bright colors (blues and reds) with a simple navigation system, along with large/simple font faces and basic hover rollovers. |
